American Deep Sea Minerals, Inc. (“ADSM”) today announced that the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (“NOAA”) has determined that ADSM’s application for a deep-seabed exploration license is in full compliance with the information requirements of the Deep Seabed Hard Mineral Resources Act (“DSHMRA”) and its implementing regulations.
